GT4Girlz is a fun and challenging 6 week summer outdoor training program. It caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to advance, whether your goal is to shed a few kilos or wanting to run a ½ Marathon for the first time, GT4Girlz will motivate and drive you to achieve your goals.
In this program you will have 10 x 45 minute training session and 2 x 45 mins Baseline sessions where we will take your baseline results at the beginning of the 6 weeks and also re- test at the end of 6 weeks to see your progress.
The program runs Tuesday & Thursday lunch times (12.15-1PM), meeting at Frank Kitts park. Throughout the program we will discuss nutrition, training and any handy tips that will help you to motivate and achieve your overall goal.
