Kia ora Nga here,

I'm the founding director of Mobile Fitness-Solutions, a health and fitness business that specialises predominantly in triathlon training, coaching / mentoring of high level youth athletes from a wide range of sports. I graduated from Massey University and have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2002. During this time I played representative netball for Wellington and latterly played professional netball for the Capital Shakers and then Central Pulse. I retired in 2012 to start a family and along with my husband Carl have a beautiful daughter, Amokura, who is now 2 years old.  In early 2013, I transitioned into a new sport and I am now competing in the exciting world of triathlons.

Current Campaign

The transition from netball to the sport of triathlon has surpassed my early expectations. What initially was an attempt to find a fitness outlet after the rigours of playing top level netball, has turned out to be a moment of self-discovery, as I've demonstrated an underlying talent for competing in the multi-disciplined sport of triathlon, which I am thoroughlyenjoying.
